Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri

St. Mary of the Angels and the Martyrs
Designed by Michaelangelo, this church was built over the ancient Baths of Diocletian. The martyrs the church is dedicated to are the Christian slaves who died building the original Baths.
It is an interesting mix of ancient, Renaissance, and modern art. The three reliefs on the doors were quite startling.
