Pirgali is a mountain top located between Kaladab and Mirpur. It acts as the gateway to Mirpur from Kotli dist. and the Samhani valley. It is named after a local Holy Shrine. Find it on Google Earth (you must have Google Earth installed)

Absolutely gob smacked, fantastic views! Very little is known about the Azad Kashmiri community in the UK, however it's people like yourselves who are helping to promote the cultural aspects of this community. A note to fellow Azad Kashmiris, especially the ones born and bred in the UK as well as the world over. This website I believe is and will over time become a cultural resource of the Azad Kashmiri community, and as I see it we could really do with this website, considering how marginalised we are. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out the planning, resources and not to mention the financial costs which have gone into making this site possible, especially, recently with these new photos. I humbly request that we ought to make a donation or two to help support this website. Thank you Gharib Hanif and all the people involved in this project for providing us with thought provoking images of our ancestral homes.
