In 3 years of trying, I never shot this owl with her eyes open. So, I shot this one well after sunset. Technology can be amazing. She has at least one small owlet. In years past her offspring were fledged by this date. She may have lost the first clutch due to the severe winter/spring, and started another. Mammoth, YNP
