Wanda Houston "Under the Stars" - Brattleboro, VT 2020

The above says it all. Wanda Houston performing for the first time after the Coronavirus lockdown at a "drive-in" concert presented by the Brattleboro Music Center and the Vermont Jazz Center. Featured was notable jazz singer Wanda Houston, the best jazz singer in New England, performing with a seven-piece jazz ensemble put together by the Vermont Jazz Center. 500 cars attended. Each had its own reserved parking space. I obtained the second row and had a decent sightline. But Covid restrictions would not allow us to leave our designated "viewing area" to the right of the automobile. So all these were taken with my only anti-shake 300mm lens (a 70-300mm f4-f5.6 zoom, hardly the best). I teamed it with my D7000 DX camera for extra reach rather than with my D600. Wanda was a treat, and I got some decent shots.
