Iso3200 (HI-2) is where things begin to get ugly. The noise under the desk turns to ugly splotches and noise pretty well appears even in the well lit areas of the widnow frame. With trial and error I end up with intensity set at 11, and sharpness lowered all the way to 1. This almost, but not quite, took care of the noise. There clearly is some reduction in sharpness, but for web publication or say a 5x7 photo this is small enough to be insignicant.
