Today’s lesson: running with a smile!
This is one of my advanced students trying out the stretched run I taught him.
Did I tell you the ARS running school has recently opened a new branch office in India?
This office is now in charge of the wellness and mental health of our running students.
Director is professor Bouche who has a fast experience in these matters.
He is assisted by doctor Bosse in Germany, who is specialized in mental support and correction.
I’m teaching prof. Bou’s ‘smile treatment’ here, using 42 muscles.
The results are very good. Running fast means pain for our bodies of course,
but as prof. Bou pointed out: 'we can tolerate any kind of pain more easily when we smile'.
Let’s all meditate on that today!
And have a fab Friday!
