Joop's Dog Log - Wednesday Mar 03

I`m like my partner Bosse,
I like sitting in the sun. Just soaking up the warmth.
I can sit here for hours, time is not a factor.
No worries, no thoughts, just sunshine.

Congrats to John Kerry. He`s been doing better ever since I became his secret running mate.
So now it`s official: Bush vs Kerry.
But november is still far away. Anything can happen in the months ahead.
It`s going to be an exciting race.
Have a Super Wednesday too, everybody!

You cast a strong shadow, Joop. That`s a very intense gaze; can you see who Kerry`ll pick for a running mate?

Hello Joop...our message of this morning seems to have vanished....somewhat mysterious, ok...again: Bosslady said that you look so good sitting there with your shade as an alter ego wearing a kind of college-hat.If this flower behind you is a climbing climatis it would be a beautiful backround in summer, so tell your human please to take another photo in summer.....Mr. Kerry is in urgent need of you as a running mate...he is so ugly and his face is in horse-shape.....you will draw the attention of people to you and they will forget horsface K. have a nice day too....sun is back here...

Hi Joop! It`s sunny here in New England, too -- I hope Spring is coming, and the weather isn`t just teasing us. Glad to hear you`re secretly on the Kerry ticket -- someone in Washington needs to represent dogs and other animals who can`t always speak for themselves!

Yup...I think that ole sun is changing its angle to us and it`s definitely warmer and brighter. I`m glad to get to enjoy it...and the no worries is such a blissful dog thing.
And cat, too. Though I do think cats worry just a tad more than dogs.
Yup, bush vs. Kerry. Can you tell my inclinations from how I wrote that sentence, Joop. Haaa haaa haaa. I know you would make the very best running mate...but I`m afraid he may pass you over; perhaps for Edwards. That would HOPEFULLY be a winning ticket. ABB!!!!!
It is going to be a VERY interesting and exciting election year. Even dogs can get into all the goings-on.

Hi Joop, is that a clematis behind you? Beside our carport is a south facing wooden wall, with a flower garden below it, which is all melted of snow and looks a lot like where you are sitting. Sam `pruned` my clematis last winter, and it grew back better than ever! This year he ignored it, but I found a big piece of vine on the snow this morning, so perhaps he has been at work again. You don`t look like the type of dog who would dig up a flower bed. Great photo, I can almost feel the warmth of the sun on your shoulders.

Joop, will you be John Kerry`s running mate? With you by his side, he`d be unbeatable!

enjoy your sunny garden, Joop and hope Kerry realizes how lucky he is to have your support. Marvin has offered his services as a security dog
