A Lakeside daisy stands above rocky soil. The Lakeside daisy,
a rare flower listed as a federally threatened species by the
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, grows naturally at only a handful
of sites. The only site in the U.S. is on the Marblehead Peninsula
of Lake Erie in Northern Ohio. The flower blooms for about a week
