Two-year-old Cytherean seemed in awe of his surroundings while warming up in the paddock
before the fifth race Oct. 13 at Keeneland, the historic race track in Lexington, Ky. It was Cytherean’s
first start and he stopped frequently during warmups to look at other horses or people in the paddock.
He had to be encouraged repeatedly to keep moving. Cytherean finished last in the 11-horse field.
