One way to disguise an ugly concrete wall

Sort of an odd mural we found in a residential area of Georgetown.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly unsharp.

This one is a bit odd with the sway back cow. But it certainly does add pop to a plain concrete wall.
