S(outh) Carolina Ave. is for spider

This was almost impossible to photograph, in the middle of a large construction site, surrounded by a fence.

I only have a few more pictures to add to this gallery, and I’m trying to finish it before July 1, when I’m pretty sure PBase will block me from posting new pictures for the third year in a row. I sent them a check to renew my account a month ago, but they haven’t applied it nor have they responded to several emails. I’m considering just giving up on this site for good, after being a member for 20 years.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.

The blackbird that keeps on keeping on, posted earlier:

Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max
1/1325s f/2.2 at 7.5mm iso20 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Nice capture of this metal spider web this will save a spider a lot of work weaving in and out.
Looks like serious concrete work starting.

Fascinating decoration for a post. Hopefully they will honor your check in a day or two. V

That is happening more times if you don't use online payments but rather send a paper check. Please don't leave.
