So much for the simple desert architecture

When we left Riyadh, Al Kindi Plaza was a large but simple complex in classic desert architecture. Tim said the amount of construction going on there was phenomenal and that I’d hardly recognize the place now.

NOTE: The comment function on Pbase isn't working, so I'm unable to comment on anybody's pictures.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

It seems like such a dynamic place. The constant architectural changes seems to be so different than how traditional the society is. V
