Czech chapel

One of the many side chapels in the basilica. I think this honored a Czech Madonna. It seems Tim managed to get me in the picture, too.

Best to view in "Original" or “Auto” because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

*****

We decided to pay another visit to the basilica because we felt we hadn’t seen it all when we met Long and his wife Katherine there in April. It’s really a magnificent church that took almost 100 years to complete and draws visitors from all over the world. I’ll be posting pictures mainly of features we missed the first time around.
