Thomas the Tank Engine outside the conservatory

Finally, the last picture from this great holiday exhibit, of a small engine outside the conservatory.

Thanks for all the comments and votes! I’m just about out of new pictures so may have to go down to the mall this weekend to see how the heron is doing in the snow ;-).

*****

We went to the United States Botanic Garden’s Season’s Greenings exhibit titled “All Aboard,” which showcases historic train stations from around the country made almost entirely from plant materials.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

The celebrity heron, posted earlier:

Nikon D850 ,Nikkor AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8G ED
1/320s f/5.0 at 70.0mm iso1000 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

sharp shot...even the goofy badge detracts little from the inherent charm here...
