ISO new home

This 1948 Olds 98 has been parked on the street in our neighborhood for as long as I can remember; in fact I had photographed it more than a year ago. There’s now a “For sale” sign in the side window. I’m sure the neighbors hope somebody buys it, and soon.

A little bit of TLC and it will be restored to its original beauty. V

Great Helen, these kind of cars had something of a look with all their beautiful separate shapes, that were real cars, nice to see that they still drive around nice work BV

I'm surprised it was allowed to stay that long on the street without being towed! But it is a classic and there is something very nostalgic about this old beauty, especially as shown in your lovely shot. V

Well if no one buys it feel free to donate it to my neighborhood. I'd love to shoot it over time and capture the gorgeous decay.

Another great shot of it. After seeing it from the front, I need to correct myself - it is a 1948, not a 1946. Does it have a phone number or price on it? ~V~

I'm sure it's worth as much as a new one! VERY rare to find one is great condition.
Could still make it to the Arizona Barrett-Jackson Auctions!
