The walled garden

I brought both the Sony and Nikon D850 and tried to take pictures of all scenes with both, but for some reason I only used the Sony in this case. On close inspection it got the brick wall fairly well but didn’t do so well with almost everything else in the picture, and I have no idea why. It wasn’t zoomed all that much so I think the f stop and shutter speed used would have been fine, but I guess it wasn’t. Unfortunately, I just find it to be an unreliable camera in my hands.

As we do every year, we went to see the azaleas and dogwoods at the National Arboretum, located in northeast Washington, D.C., about a 15-minute drive from our house. It was packed as the weather was spectacular, and because of the bizarre "spring" we've had, there weren’t as many azaleas in bloom as this time last year, but still, a good time was had by all, including Sahraa.
