Barry, the barred owl

Barry and his brother Sampson were blown from their nest as babies during a storm. They were too young to survive on their own so they came to the American Eagle Foundation and unfortunately, became imprinted. Often you can hear him hooting as dusk approaches.

He participates in many educational Birds of Prey programs at schools throughout the country.
