Monument to freedom of expression

The First Amendment of the US Constitution, as it appears on the Newseum building, an interactive and quite interesting museum that promotes free expression, with an emphasis on freedom of the press. Seems to me that Turkey should take a lesson from this…

We have been there numerous times and wanted to go in just to have a quick look around for some pictures, but admission has gone up to $22.95 per person, so that was the end of that. We’ll go back when there’s a new exhibit to see.
