Abaya dilemma

I really can’t imagine these dresses being worn here, and besides, how would they ever fit under an abaya??

They are beautiful gowns. It's a shame they can't be worn in public. An XXXL abaya? V

Super shot, cleverly composed to show the enormous differences between the dresses and the abaya that all women wear. Perhaps for use only at home? V

Well done piece of juxtaposition.

Such an extraordinary scene and so neat contrasting you and Tim in the mirror with the mannequins - such a strange world !! V

Amazing size of these gowns - they would be too big even for a lady your husband's size. Nice cameo. V

Great capture , Helen...lovely dresses and good compo with fine portrait both of you!V

strong comp here...these dresses might work like a crinoline under an abaya , flare out the fabric, reveal a naughty glimpse of bare ankle, and then you could be in big trouble..

Great image with you in the reflection. The way the mannequins are set in 'cages' suggest the 'forbidden' nature (at least to most) of these gowns!

Nicely seen and reflected, Helen. It would be startling to see these beautiful gowns worn outside in Riyadh! V.
