Cups galore

Teacups and coffee cups are very popular here, in all shapes and styles. These were at a new supermarket, and I was tempted to buy some (knowing I’d never use them) but decided in the end that they were a bit gaudy, with the fake silver and gold, rhinestones and tassels. Maybe I’ll find some I like before we leave.

A bit to shiny for my morning coffee, but an interesting selection.

Bling-y cups (can one say bling-y!!). But a super shot. V

bone china cups, picked up in England, would be a more comfortable and useful choice for tea or coffee...these ones seem crude and overly ornate...interesting statement here..

They certainly do look a tad over the top....whatever happened to simplicity! Nicely captured!
