On the road, Sahara to Ouarzazate

We spent most of the day driving from the Sahara, in southeastern Morocco, to Ouarzazate (pronounced WAR-za-zat, in case anybody was wondering, as I was), our somewhat boring stop for the night before reaching Marrakech.

An interesting mix of old and new construction, seen along the way.

Three tourist busses stopping to visit with the camels, posted earlier:

Beautiful scene and a great composition; The old and the new has matched nicely together, Helen. V

A great shot of what looks like old ruins next to the new style of building.

Looks like one of those sand castles that some people build in the beach.V.

Looks like a very interesting place to visit but sad that it has been polluted by graffiti.
