On the road, Fes to Erfoud

Sadly leaving Fes and its medina behind, we spent a large part of the day traveling to Erfoud, an oasis town in the Sahara Desert, passing through an amazing variety of landscapes on the way.

An oasis we stopped at as we got closer to the Sahara, and such a radical change in landscape.

Some dramatically striated mountains we passed, posted earlier:
