This man was sitting at the top of some stairs, obviously not bothered by people taking his picture (and in fact I think wanting them to). I don’t normally like to pay people for a picture, but I did in this case since I felt badly that nobody else was. That is just the way things work in Morocco; it’s not a wealthy country, and everybody hopes for a small tip for services rendered.
