The paint store

We passed by this store coming back from dinner our first night in Chefchaouen, and I was fascinated but didn’t understand what was for sale. I asked the owner, and he said paint, just not like any kind of paint I’ve ever seen! I remembered vaguely where the shop was so made a point to return for pictures the next day.

The results of some of this paint, posted earlier:

Nikon D810 ,Nikkor AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8G ED
1/200s f/10.0 at 24.0mm iso200 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Fascinating... I assume the paint is the powder that gets mixed with something? The colourful street scene is riveting. V

What a lovely capture of this paint store, Helen. Lots of subject to be discoverd and the photo is delight to look at. I don't know whether I am right or wrong but I see some hair dye on the shelves as well. V

This is so gorgeous! I would get lost shopping here ~ thought I think I'd rather buy a painted object vs. just paint! ;) V

Absolutely fascinating. Imagine the skills required to get the correct colors by mixing those pigments! Guess they don't have computerized matching like they do in Home Depot or Lowe's.
