The innovative architecture in downtown Doha was one of the big attractions of the city for me – it seemed like every building must have been approved for a unique design that would only contribute to the striking skyline because there wasn’t a boring, boxy building among them.
This is the Public Works Authority and neighbors. I have previously shown the sail-looking building on the left, but wish I could have included more of the one on the right, which was quite striking with a huge white dome and an intriguing façade.
