Wishes

We found this delightful display in a shopping mall in the city. Christmas can't be celebrated here, but I figure New Year’s must be in some fashion!

It’s quite odd to not have a Christmas tree with lights and ornaments and presents underneath, or a wreath on the door, but I do have a beautiful little glass evergreen that Steph brought me in Budapest, as well as a sort of garish crystal piece purchased here that resembles a tree. Our gardener brought me a lovely little poinsettia as well, so in a very different way, our home looks festive.

Anyway, wishing the best for the holidays to all my Pbase friends!
