The terrace

We finally got to the roof of Casa Milà, which was one of the goals of this second visit. It was one of the two times that it was cloudy, but still, a delight to see and not raining as it was on our first trip here. Gaudí seems to have let his imagination run wild with the design of the many chimneys, ventilation towers and stairwells for this enormous apartment house.

This is quite simply amazing. Your wonderful shot gives a great view of this astounding place. I wonder how the residents in the apt building feel about people wandering over their building :-) Well, I guess if you live in such a place you expect it. V+
