Tracks above the river road

Only a small length of track remains above water. To the right, the tracks are submerged as they go down into a tunnel, and straight ahead (beyond the first group of sandbags, they're again in water.

Astonishing to see the river rising like that and the damage that can be done even after the rain has stopped and the water flows on down..obviously spectators have gathered to see the phenomenon...a great documentary shot
