Citroën

I was fascinated with these hand cranks. This was a lovely car, and I did take more pictures of it ;-).

strictly mechanical may have been more reliable than electronic starters...Gerard has a point though...the divurging trajectory of the tires is worrisome...

Those cranks took some effort to turn. I have a soft spot for French cars, and their quirky designs.
