Christmas Tram in action

The tram was still moving pretty quickly at this point, but I wanted to show just how charming and festive the entire train is as it trundles along its route in Budapest.

We had chased the tram to its terminus and got stuck on a street only for trams ;-). I caught this on the return trip to Batthyány tér after we managed to extract ourselves. I guess I wasn't the only person interested in photographing it way out there.

The Christmas Tram's last runs will be on Saturday and Sunday. I'm really hoping we can take a ride on it instead of just photographing it!

Nice one Helen. I too went to take a photo of it. so many people not only taking photos, but also trying to get a space to ride on it. Nice catch of a moving tram

This might be my all time favorite image of Christmas decorating. I would love to ride that tram. I'm sure every passenger feels a little happier. Superb photograph. V.
