This is the 19th century City Park Ice Skating Rink main building, located across the moat/rink http://www.pbase.com/helenpb/image/140570280 from Vajdahunyad Castle. They were just starting the restoration when we arrived here in August 2010. It's since been finished and opened to the public as a retail center, although there didn't seem to be much other than small cafes when we walked by.
