Zoli had taken the train all the way from Szombathely (near the Austrian border, about three hours each way) to join us in Budapest, and we wanted him to get back home at a reasonable hour, so he took the 4 p.m. train back (Péter dropped him at the station). We were sorry to see them leave early as we stayed in the Castle district until around 9 p.m., when it started to rain, but were happy to have had such a terrific day together.
