St. Casimir's Church at sunset

This was my favorite church in Vilnius, and that crown really can be seen from everywhere in the city. I was constantly in search of the perfect vantage point (of which there weren't many) and light, and after many tries, this was what I came up with.

1/250s f/11.0 at 70.0mm iso200 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

What a beautiful, crowning glory! V
I'll bet there's a "secret" place somewhere in the city to get the best rooftop vantage point! ;)

My favorite Vilnius church too. I agree with you that it is not so easy to capture this beautiful church due to the horrendous modern buildings nearby. Fantastic with this light. You have done a great job. V

Beautiful building! And the light is great - you've captured it in a very right moment, Helen! V.
