The Fantastic Sagrada Familia (Barcelona)

Construction began in 1882 on Antoni Gaudí’s masterpiece basilica and is still ongoing. It's also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The interior is basically finished, with no scaffolding left, but the exterior still has a ways to go. However, we could see and hear construction crews working on it when we were there, so it's coming along and I trust some day will actually be completed. When I visited the Sagrada Familia for the 1st time, back in 1981, I never thought it will be like this now! Last time I was in Barcelona, 2010, I missed the inside. Now I can only appreciate it trough your fabulous photos! BV
