time the said Thomas Walters and his heirs and afsigns forever and the said James McCausland for himself and his heirs executors and administrators doth covenant with the said Thomas Walters and his heirs and afsigns the he the said James McClausland his heirs executors and administrators the said two eights acres with it's appertances unto the said Thomas Walters and his heirs and afsigns against the claim or claims of him the said James McCausland hid heirs and and of all and every person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrent and forever defend by these presents in witnefs whereof the said James McCausland by Jacob Shepler his attorney in fact hath hereunto set his hand and seal on the day first above written
