Freeway exit to Mercer Street and race start

The traffic was bumper to bumper all the way to Seattle Center (about a mile?) - the gas tank was on E and we were worried about running out. But, it only took about 15 minutes to get to the start area where Julie let me off. She was able to find a gas station open nearby and all was well.
