Group of local teens, armed with plastic hand-clappers - cheering on the race participants. I can't remember now whether this was in conjunction with an aid station or not. Obviously, no water or Gatorade is evident in the photo. I was a bit amazed that some of these kids had sweatshirts on what to me was a soggy morning. I guess it's different if you're raised in the climate.
