Notice the two time clocks. I'm guessing that the one on the left is for the half marathon. They kept announcing for the relay and full marathon runners to go to the middle chute. The volunteer on the left is wearing this year's race T-shirt, a very nice design with black background (I hate white race shirts, but that's what most of them are)
