I am presently still not able to take pictures, but my splint was removed a few days ago, so I hope to be back in the saddle next week. In the interim, for image quality comparisons, I am continuing with postings of images taken with the various cameras that I've owned over the past 20 +/- years.

The above image was taken in 2012 with my fifth DSLR, the 36 Mpx Nikon D800 and my 500 mm F4 lens. The D800 is the first and only full-frame camera that I have owned. I still have it and it still works well.
