The first in a set/series of images to follow of a Racoon Mom and her five kits. The young one here is the third kit to follow Mom across a creek and into the culvert shown. The last two aren't sure they want to cross as the water looks a bit intimidating. Perhaps this is their initiation to swimming. Stay tuned.
