20100102 029 White-tailed Deer SERIES.jpg

Ottawa

Six Images of White-tailed Deer having a bit of a tiff over some bird food I'd put out.

Top Image: "Now listen here young ladies, didn't I tell you to let the adults eat first?"

"Disobeyed me again, did you?" "Perhaps a spanking is in order?"

"Well", said the defiant teen, "I'm hungry too! Kick me if you dare!"

The rebellious teenager soon turned tail as MOM "hooved-out" her punishment.

"There, take that and don't come near the food again."

For good measure the large doe chased away several of the young deer, only to find on returning that the unattended little pile of seed had been devoured by the smallest of the herd.

I voted for this. And, there is a big lesson to be learned in this. Government could learn from this tale.
