Two Cooper's Hawk images: Above = Young Female, Below = Male.

These two are actually an item as they were seen to be nest-building together over the past week. Also, a few photographers caught them in the act. Whilst the larger youngish female was having lunch (a Waxwing) the smaller male mounted her. I actually first saw the pair several weeks ago as they appeared to be checking out different nest sites.
