It is designed to be like the combination of vector-looking images with live motion that is
the latest rage. This rotoscoping technique is being used in TV commercials and major motion pictures,
such as "Walking Life" or "A Scanner Darkly". They provide the photoshop techniques to achieve something similar. Here is my original image
