Rare Zektzeriite crystal from the Golden Horn Batholith, Washington Pass, Okanogan County Washington, USA, 11 mm specimen

A very rare sodium, lithium zirconium silicate (LiNaZrSi6O15) in light pink orthorhombic crystals from the Type Locality. The white mineral appears to be a feldspar with small spheroids of possible possible sphaerosiderite or goethite.

The Golden Horn Batholith is known for its alkaline (sodium-rich) composition and is the type locality for zektzerite.
