India is so rich in visual stimulation that even a very brief stay in one location can be a treat. We spent about 12 hours in Mumbai, just enough time to sleep for 3 hours, see the sunrise, visit the Elephanta caves, eat lunch and go back to the airport for a 5PM flight. Our short stay convinced us to return someday.
