We had a delicious dinner with Nimmy Paul (on the right) and her husband, Paul, in Kochi. Nimmy is well-known in India, the US and elsewhere as a chef and teacher of Keralan cuisine. She demonstrated the cooking of two dishes prior to dinner. All in all, a most enjoyable evening. She and Paul also have a room available for homestay (B&B).
