My brother, David Coles, is shown here with the officers of Nashville's Laotian and Hispanic corps of The Salvation Army. David and I conducted a needs assessment and planning study for the area command in 2005. With strong officer and staff leadership, combined with an excellent advisory board, the Army in this community is a major service provider.
