I was 52 years old when I started working out with weights.
It has been very satisfying, me not being a natural body-building type,
to see at least some improvement in my body.
I continue to do it now also at my current age of 72.

Gus - you're an inspiration - I'm 63 and have been a avid bicyclist for many, many years but it's always been a war between umpteen miles of riding and pizza so next time I get the urge, I'll remember your awesome self-discipline and eschew (instead of chew) that evil slice.
