All images shot with in-camera -1 sharpening, contrast, and saturation , then opened in Olympus Studio RAW (no editing therein; simply using Studio as the RAW converter) then saved as a 16 bit TIFF. LightZone then used to apply Mosley's "Enrich Shadows" and "Sharpen for Web" tools, then resized for the web to fit within 1024. TIFF then simply discarded to save disc space.
This has become my favourite editing workflow as of 11/18/09.
