Manfred "Fred" has been around the corner of City Hall and Osgoode Hall for the last few years. The first time I saw him there, he was very clean with simple belongings and always standing. A few years of street life really has an affect on him. He looks much older, dirtier and weaker now, and with lots of bags. Regardless, Fred is always reading. You will always see him with a book in his hands. And since last year, he's growing a hamster family. He has at least 6 hamsters. Some are kept in his back pack.

This is really a badly composed picture, but I don't have a better one. Perhaps I will replace this picture later on...

I have not seen Fred for the last week at this corner. He looked frailer by the week when I saw him. I am wondering what's happened to Fred...
